Complete branding and design for NYC restaurant Pearson's Texas Barbecue. Inspired by signage and the homegrown asthetic of classic Barbecue shacks and pit stops throughout the U.S., we created a logo, print collateral, condiment labels, employee t-shirts, store signage on windows & awning, menus, interior design with framed photos, and website. I wallpapered the lavatories with old barbecue advertisements. It was a really fun and original project to work on, that utilized multiple channels of design.
